IT Research Results

I would like to inform you that the first paper with general results is ready.

This paper is an analysis of the data collected in Brazil. It did not assess organizational commitment as mediator, which will be part of the next paper. A third paper to be published regards a comparison between Brazil and Asia. Both papers will be ready no longer than the end of July.
